    Our wedding package is one of the area’s most affordable and transparent. We provide a full 12 hours of venue access with exclusive use of the entire property for you and your guests. We have many décor pieces and packages included. PLUS, spend your wedding night in our romantic honeymoon cabin.

Venue Rental Includes:

  • You will have exclusive use of our Historic Manor House, Romantic Honeymoon Log Cabin, event tent, and beautiful grounds.

  • Our beautiful bridal suite includes a full bath, multiple lighted hair and makeup stations, and multiple additional rooms and spaces to accommodate your wedding party.

  • Your fiancé and friends will relax and get ready in our lower level suite with bar area, pool table, video games, and full bath.

  • Our Romantic Honeymoon Log Cabin offers a delightful and quiet retreat from the bustle of your wedding day. Stay overnight until 10:00 am the next morning.

  • Choose from several locations on our grounds for your wedding ceremony, with a backdrop of fields, trees, or overlooking the Willow Pond with fountain.

  • Starting at 10:00 am Sunday - Thursday and 11:00 am Friday and Saturday (music must be off by 10:00 pm Friday/Saturday, and 9:00 pm on Sundays and weekdays)

  • Host your reception in our clear-span tent (no center poles), with elegant cathedral windows, chandelier lighting and Trex deck floors.

  • Our ceremony sites, reception tent, and restroom trailer are all handicapped accessible.

  • We have a clear process, communication, and planning tools to make your day of event go smoothly.

  • We include a variety of outdoor games you can select for your guests to enjoy during your event - e.g. giant Jenga, Corn Hole, Connect Four and more.

  • We have several backdrops and props that will be perfect spots for your guests to take pics to commemorate their attendance.

  • We provide a number of in-stock décor pieces that you can use at no cost, including serving pieces, signs, gift table boxes, table numbers, centerpieces, and other items.

  • We have several ceremony pieces to choose from as a backdrop for your ceremony. These can be located at any of our ceremony cites and can also double as a backdrop to your head table for the reception.

Friday Rental Fee*

  • $6,000*

    For Months Including: May-October

*Friday weddings have the option to book 3-9 pm on Thursday for an additional $1,000. Use this time to decorate, rehearse, host your rehearsal dinner. You get 2 days for the price of a Saturday.

Saturday Rental Fee

  • $7,500

    For Months Including: May-October

Sunday Rental Fee

  • $5,000

    For Months Including: May - October

Weekday

Non-Holiday Monday-Thursday - $4,000

Entire Weekend

Friday Noon - Sunday 4:00 pm - $12,500. Have a relaxed time with your family/wedding party. Accommodations include Honeymoon Cabin (sleeps 2) and Manor House (sleeps 10).

Elopement

Non-holiday Monday -Thursday - $2,500 - 5 hours of access for your intimate wedding ceremony (up to 50 guests), photography (your photographer), and refreshments (you provide) served in our outdoor pavilion.

We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Christian Royer House listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $240.

Maryland charges a 6.00% sales tax in addition to the venue rental

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)

The Christian Royer House has no hidden fees. Your rental fee includes everything listed on our inclusions list.
